Urbis Creatives Collective
Urbis Creatives Collective was developed by the staff, for the staff recognising their talents as artists, designers, photographers, performers, writers, illustrators and spanned across all departments of the business.
the result of Urbis’ scheme which focused on the creative abilities and talents of its own staff, from across all departments of the business.
Urbis creatives exhibited their own group (and individual shows) within Urbis and developed and ran their own website, giving members of the workforce the chance to have their on-going projects and artistic achievements outside of work acknowledged, encouraged and promoted.
The scheme valued the staff that were so essential to the day-to-day running of Urbis, in a way that was somewhat unique to that of its contemporaries.
